Preamble to the UF Law Student Bar Association Constitution:

“We, the students of the University of Florida Levin College of Law (“UF Law”), in order to promote the general welfare of our student body, and in partnership with the faculty and the administration of UF Law, herein set forth the fundamental principles of student government for ourselves and our successors, hereby empower UF Law students to establish, organize, and operate a student bar association…”

You are SBA. Each student is automatically a member upon enrolling at UF Law, though any student may opt-out. While SBA has an Executive Board and Board of Governors, these bodies serve at the pleasure of the students of UF Law.
